“(Dear Faber)…As we were in the development stages of our home, one of the things I distinctly remember about working with you was your “Can Do” attitude.  We appreciated all the time you spent with us in the beginning, going over drawings, moving walls on paper, walking the building site to map out where the house would sit etc… 

One of the other things that stood out to us was the quality of your sub-contractors.  From the foundation crew to the framers to the painters to the finish carpenters (who were pure artisans!), all of them were top notch…When people ask us about building our home, it is usually with an expectation to hear all the catastrophes we encountered with the process.  Every building process has its hurdles, but the experience for us was overwhelmingly joyful. That is largely due to how you walked us through the process and dealt with issues before we even knew there were issues.

One of the reasons we built the home that we did was because we enjoy entertaining and we wanted to create a place that was comfortable, without pretense and where people could relax.  Without fail, every new person who comes to our home comments on how warm and inviting it is.
